Hang the 20″x29″Every Customer Matters poster in your lobby, break room, or other location in your building to display your company’s awareness and best practices for working and interacting with people with disabilities. The poster offers basic information about ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) defined disabilities, ADA in the workplace, and interacting with a customer who is blind, Deaf or hard of hearing, has a Service Animal, and uses a wheelchair.
To help reinforce poster content, THINK+change encourages you/your team to also use the no-cost accompanying Every Customer Matters six-part microlearning video training for an increased understanding of interacting and supporting people with disabilities. These disability-focused TRAININGS (microlearning) and TOOLS (poster) are a great addition to your overall employee training, new hire orientation, work retreats, icebreakers, and/or continued education to make sure all are best prepared to support customers/guests with disabilities.
